How do I enroll my dog?+

Start by becoming a client through our online form. We’ll schedule an evaluation visit to introduce your dog to our team and group, then you’re ready to book any service.

What vaccinations are required?+

We require current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Puppies must complete their initial vaccine series. Records can be uploaded directly during enrollment.

What happens at the evaluation visit?+

Your dog spends a half-day with our team so we can assess temperament, energy, and group fit. You’ll get a full report and personalized care recommendations.

How do I schedule daycare or boarding?+

Members book through our client portal or by calling any location directly. Same-day daycare drop-off is welcome with a confirmed reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Daycare and walks can be cancelled up to 2 hours before. Boarding cancellations follow the policy outlined in your membership agreement.

What should I expect on the first visit?+

Bring vaccine records, your dog’s favorite leash, and any medication. Our team will walk you through check-in and answer everything before you head out.

Do you offer overnight care on holidays?+

Yes. Our 10- and 20-night packages have zero blackout dates — including holidays and weekends — with 24/7 supervised care.

Is your staff full-time employees?+

100%. Every walker, handler, groomer, and trainer is a W-2 Biscuits & Bath employee — never a contractor.
